Step 1: Choose Your Story

Every journey begins with the right story.


Each therapeutic storybook was designed with a specific emotional need in mind — whether it's releasing perfectionism, confronting rejection, or learning to feel again. Choose the one that speaks to where you are (or where you’ve been stuck).

Step 2: Select Your Support Set

Once you’ve found your story, decide how you want to walk through it. You’ll have two options:

 

Option A: Companion Set

Includes tools to help you process the story on your own:

  • Journal Prompt Cards – Deep, guided questions that help you uncover what the story stirred in you

  • Scenario Cards – Visual cards to help you identify emotional patterns and common relational responses

  • Journal Notebook – A dedicated space to write, release, and reflect

 

This is a perfect self-paced experience for those who enjoy writing and reflection.

 

Option B: Companion Set + Storybook Course

All of the above — plus a powerful, step-by-step guided video course where Maven walks with you through the entire process.


It’s like having a personal guide beside you, helping you explore every layer of the story, connect the dots, and uncover what’s ready to shift.
